How it works
How a MOVEXER move works
Four steps. Every one of them in writing.
- 1
Request your estimate
About two minutes: addresses, dates, what’s moving, photos if you have them. Your portal login tracks everything.
- 2
Photo review or in-home visit
Reviewed the same business day. Larger homes get a free visit — binding estimates require a visual inspection.
- 3
Written proposal
Services, crew, rates, valuation options and the Not to Exceed price. Accept online when you’re ready.
- 4
Confirmed crew, then moving day
Crew and truck reserved. Agreement and consumer booklet before the move. Additions go on a Change Order first.

FAQ
Common questions
Is the online request a quote?
No. It tells us what you’re moving so we can review it. In California, verbal and online quotes are not estimates and are not binding — your written proposal is.
When do I get the Agreement for Moving Services?
At least three days before moving day, unless you book with less notice or waive that timing. The Not to Exceed price is filled in and signed before the move begins.
Can the price go up on moving day?
Only if you add items or services, on a Change Order you approve before the work. Otherwise the Not to Exceed price is the ceiling.
How do I pay?
Payment methods and timing are stated on your Agreement, so nothing is a surprise at delivery.
