What are we moving?
Four ways to move. One process: a written price before moving day.
Our story
Built in Huntington Beach, around one promise: the price you see is the most you pay.
MOVEXER started with a simple frustration: moving in Orange County meant quotes that changed on the day, crews you had never met and paperwork nobody explained. We wanted a mover we would hire for our own family.
So we built one. Every MOVEXER move starts with a real look at what is moving, a written estimate and a Not to Exceed price on your Agreement — the way California rules intend. Our crews are our own people, trained on the same checklist, driving our own trucks.
We are a young company with an old-fashioned standard: show up when we said, protect what you own, and put every promise in writing.
How it works
Three steps. All in writing.
From your request to a confirmed crew — nothing verbal, nothing hidden.
Step 1: Tell us what’s moving
A two-minute request. Photos optional.
Step 2: We review it
Photo review or a free in-home visit.
Step 3: Get your written price
A Not to Exceed price, then a confirmed crew.
Your protections
California rules protect you. We follow them.
Regulated by the Bureau of Household Goods and Services under Maximum Rate Tariff 4.

FAQ
Good questions.
Anything else? Ask us in the chat or call.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
Not for a photo review — upload photos and we reply the same business day. For an in-home visit, an adult who can show us everything that’s moving needs to be there.
What is a Not to Exceed price?
The most you can be charged for the services on your Agreement for Moving Services. It only goes up if you add items or services, on a Change Order you sign first.
What can’t you move?
Hazardous materials: fuel, propane, paint, aerosols, pool chemicals, fireworks, ammunition and similar. Keep jewelry, cash, medication and documents with you.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable. Same-week moves depend on crew and truck availability — ask and we’ll tell you honestly.
How do claims work?
Note any damage on the delivery paperwork and send a written claim within nine months. We acknowledge it within 30 days and resolve it within 60, as Tariff 4 requires.
